Information we process
RewardBot supports server-defined virtual currency and withdrawal requests. Depending on the features enabled, the bot may process Discord user IDs and server IDs; virtual balances and reward activity; withdrawal amounts, statuses, ticket/channel identifiers and staff actions; server configuration such as currency and ticket settings; and command or interaction data needed to operate the bot and troubleshoot issues.
The bot should not require passwords, payment-card numbers, or bank credentials. Do not post sensitive financial information in bot commands or tickets.
How information is used
Information is used to maintain virtual balances, process commands, manage withdrawal tickets, record staff decisions, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and protect the service. When authorized staff mark a payout complete, the bot may deduct the approved amount from the member’s virtual balance and record the status change. The bot does not independently verify external payments.
Sharing and third parties
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Discord and by hosting, database, or infrastructure providers used to run the bot. Server owners and authorized staff may see relevant information through tickets and records needed to manage their community. Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect users and the service.
Retention and deletion
Records may be retained while needed to provide balances, track withdrawal requests, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. Actual retention depends on the bot’s configuration and operational needs.
For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact the bot operator using the support contact published by the owner. Include your Discord user ID and relevant server details, but never send passwords or secrets. Some records may need to remain available to preserve transaction integrity or resolve open disputes.
Security
Reasonable measures should be used to protect stored information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Bot tokens and database credentials should be kept private. Report suspected unauthorized access to the operator.
Age requirements
You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements and any higher age requirement that applies in your location. The bot is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

This policy may change when the bot’s features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its update date.
